4. Vat

7. Condenser

Evaporative condenser is a kind of high efficient heat exchange equipment renovated and developed on the basis of absorbing the most advanced heat -exchange Technology.

Evaporative condenser uses water and air as cooling agent. The cooling agent exchanges the heat with high temperature gaseous refrigerant agent and hence the refrigerant agent becomes liquid. Inside it has a water distribution system, condensing coils, wet deck, dehydrator and so on. Outside it has a water circulating pump, an electronic water curing device and a propeller fan on the top of condensing coil. The propeller fan strengthens the flow of the air and causes negative pressure inside. When the condenser runs, the cooling water is pumped and then sprayed by water distribution system on the surface of condensing coil equably to form a thin layer of water film. The high -temperature steam of refrigerant agent enters from the top of condensing coil. During this process, high temperature refrigerant agent exchanges the heat with the water and air outside the coil and increases the effect of heat exchange with the help of wind. After absorbing the heat of refrigerant agent, some water turns into steam and is discharged by propeller fan. Meanwhile, the moisture in the air is collected by dehydrator to basin, and the ungasified cooling water flows in to wet deck and its heat is taken away by the airflow .The cooled water converges in the basin to be used circularly by the pump later. In addition, there is a ball cock in the basin. When the water is consumed to a certain point, the ball cock will automatically open to replenish the cooling Water.

8. Cooling Tower

CASING: – Casing of tower is made of fiber glass/reinforced plastic. The cooling tower is designed and constructed for minimum maintenance and long life. You can operate in aggressive environment & resistant water born contaminates.

P.V.C. FILL: – A pre-eminent quality and long life fill consists of modular block of PVC honey combs construction to create prolonged contact time of hot air with water for maximum heat transfer. The air pressure drop through the fill is negligible.

SPRINKLER: – The uniform distribution of water over the honey combs fills this sprinkler, rotates by self-propulsion and eliminates the need for atomizing the water nozzles. The head side includes ball bearing requiring minimum maintenance.

MOTOR: – Electro Magnetic designs of the entire range of New India and Bharat Motor covered by 3N series have been developed in keeping with the latest national and international practices and confirm in general to 1 EC recommendations.

FAN: – An aero-dynamically designed axial flow type fan is a well-balanced construction. The fan blades are of case aluminum alloy. Fan with variable pitched blades is dynamically balanced for low vibration and high efficiency.

9. Storage Tank

Ghee Storage Tank is suitable for storing ghee for a certain time period, protected from untoward conditions and materials. 16. Vat

The design of a plate heat exchanger (PHE) comprises several heat transfer plates. Held by a fixed plate and a loose pressure plate to form a complete unit. Each heat transfer plate has a gasket arrangement, providing two separate channel systems.

The arrangement of the gaskets allows through flow in single channels. This enables the primary and secondary media in a counter-current flow. The mediums are not mixed because of the gasket design.

The corrugated plates create turbulence in the fluids as they flow through the unit. This turbulence gives an effective heat transfer coefficient. (Alfa Laval)

The general design shall be of tubular design with a concentric cylindrical filter made from SS screen of 2.4 mm pitch. All welding joints shall be ground smooth. All stainless steel surfaces shall be mirror polished. Pressure drop across strainer should not exceed 0.3 kg/Sq cm and SS surfaces to be polished to 150 grit finish. Strainer Casing: The casing shall be made from AISI 304, 3 mm SS pipes of 150 mm. there will be two cylindrical tubular design casing with two nos. of 3 way valves for alternate use.
